Mesothelioma lawsuit filed against DuPont

Dallas, Texas - A recent news story reports that the family of the deceased worker of DuPont filed a law suit against the company for failure to warn its employee against the danger of being exposed to asbestos that led to the painful death of the elder family member.
The victim, Albert Abshire’s family filed a complaint in the Jefferson County District Court in Texas against E.I. Dupont De Nemours and Co. stating that Abshire died due to mesothelioma cancer and pleural asbestosis.
The family said that their father developed the disease while working for DuPont, where the company allowed its employees to work unprotected in spite of the fact that the company knew the threats asbestos could pose to ones health. This lead the employee to contract the fatal disease.
This has been the case with all the mesothelioma victim, wherein their employers exploited them and put the health of their workers at risk for the own benefit.
