Oesophageal Cancer Rate On The Rise
09/03/2010 // London, England, UK // Get Cancer Answers // Cancer Answers
Within one generation, Oesophageal Cancer in British men has risen 50 percent. Researchers believe the link to rising rates is due to people’s poor diets. Being overweight significantly increases the risk of Adenocarcinoma, the main type of Oesophageal Cancer. Research on the causes of the rise in Oesophageal Cance will be release in early 2011 and will likely show the rise is due to a diet heavy in selection of highly saturated fatty foods and less fruit and vegetables.
