The World Health Organization projects that this year cancer will become the leading cause of death throughout the world. The cause of this cancer wave is largely environmental and thought to be the result of toxic substances in the water, food, consumer products we use and even the air we breathe. Chemicals and radiation have become major causes of cancer. Approximately 41% of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer during their life and nearly 21% will die from the disease.
