Lawmakers push to ban smoking in NYC parks and beaches

02/02/2011 // Greensboro, NC, USA // Personal Injury Lawyers News // Nicole Howley
I am a non-smoker, and I agree with banning smoking in restaurants and indoor areas; but, I do believe the government is overstepping their boundaries by trying to implement this ban. This is America– the land of the free– not the land of over-regulation. Smokers will be discriminated against by this ban. The government has gone too far in its war on salt, fat and smoke.
