Opinion: Donate elsewhere, don’t donate money to Japan

03/18/2011 // Greensboro, NC, USA // Personal Injury Lawyers News // Nicole Howley
Felix Salmon reported in Reuters why people should not donate money to Japan, and he provides some pretty solid reasons. Like he said, Japan is a rich country who is printing money to aide in their disaster relief. In addition, large amount of money marked for certain relief, like that in Haiti, went unspent while it could have really been used for another needy cause. This was an interesting insight and defiantly worth a read before your donate.
